Description

The Sinochip 25Gbps single mode edge-emitting directly modulated distributed feedback laser chips series with CWDM4 wavelengths (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm) are

designed for high- performance, high-speed communication applications. The facets are coated with an anti-reflectance coating on the front facet and a high reflectance coating

(>90%) on the rear facet. A decimal number appears on top of the chip for identification purposes.
